SASHIMI checks that NetCF is installed before allowing you to run Tiered AutoInstall. In order to check to see if it exists, it checks for the existence of the following registry value:
"Software\Microsoft\.NETCompactFramework\Installer"
"GACPath"
If that registry value doesn't exist, then it tells you that NetCF is required. I chose that registry value as it exists from an install of both the NetCF 2.0 and 3.0 official cabs. It also exists on devices with built-in 2.0. As far as I know, nothing has 3.5 built in yet (or at least not on a Tilt).
I just tested SASHIMI again using the 3.5 official CAB, and that REG key exists and Tiered autoinstall ran properly.
If that registry key doesn't exist on NATF ROMs, I would ask him why, as it should (since it is part of NetCF).
Any other error you are getting I haven't experienced, so you will have to post specific info.
