Manual-> Tiered Install, Complain needs .NET CF installed?

I have Sashimi installed on a Sprint Touch Pro 2, with Mr. X rom from PPCGeeks (popular ROM).
Whenever I try to run Sashimi manual install, and run Tiered Install, it pops up a message that says ".NETCF Rquired , .NET Compact Framework is required to run a Tiered Install". I had .NET CF 3.5 and have since upgrade to .net CF 3.7 and it is still giving the same message. Is there anything that I am missing? Why is it giving this problem? Is there something I need to do to enable .net cf to work? I installed it to the device. Does it make a difference, device or storage card?

What can I do to trouble shoot or fix this issue? THis is a fresh install on a new replacement device (brand new) from sprint.
