customlinks.ini gets ignored

Hi,
i created a customlinks.ini liek described in the VideoTutorial.
and placed in Program\ini\ Folder.

but it gets ignored all the way as it seems - no link is in its right directory.

here is an excerp:

EDIT: tried the searchfunction - but the word "customlinks" is too common and it refuses to search for... LOL

If your filenames are correct (name of the file minus ".cab") then try it without the first backslash, like so:
