SASHIMI Help Requests

Please follow the below guidelines for submitting issues or requesting help with SASHIMI.

Requests that don't contain the below information will be ignored.

1 - Describe your issue in detail. Do not say "it doesn't work." I need to know exactly what "it" is and what about it isn't working.

2 - Record any error messages. If you get an error message on the screen, write it down and post it.

3 - Include your device type/model, your version of Windows Mobile (6.0/6.1/6.5), and what ROM you are using (stock/custom), and your language type.


4 - Post a clean log file. The log file is located in SASHIMI\Program\Log. Delete the file and then run through a SASHIMI install to recreate your problem. I recommend removing all of your cab/reg/xml/etc except the ones that are giving you problems to make troubleshooting easier. You can post this log file in your post using the "code" tags. Or, you can upload it to rapidshare or another file sharing service.

Following the above guidelines will allow me to better assist you.
